Project Manager

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain project schedules
  • Create and maintain project budgets
  • Monitor project costs and forecast job cost reports
  • Issue and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Author most project related correspondence
  • Conduct project related meetings
  • Train and develop personnel
  • Resolve technical and contractual project issues
  • Manage labor associated with the projects
  • Maintain positive relations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Lead projects to be built correctly and safely
  • Create and execute project closeout plans
Qualifications
  • Construction Management or Engineering degree
  • 5 or more years of management experience in Water/Wastewater Construction

Superintendent

Responsibilities
  • Provide input and develop various project plans, RFIs & submittals
  • Prepare weekly manpower and equipment plans
  • Create rolling 3 week look ahead schedules
  • Give direction to field crews
  • Manage field labor
  • Resolve technical and contractual field issues
  • Ensure project is completed on time and under budget
  • Maintain record contract drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate schedule with subcontractors
  • Training and developing Project Engineers
  • Assist with project closeout and commissioning
Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in Water/Wastewater Construction
  • Field management experience
  • OSHA 30

Project Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate project information, inspections and reports
  • Assist the superintendent in creating work plans
  • Assist in maintaining project budgets and schedules
  • Creation and maintenance of project quantity takeoffs
  • Verify accurate material is delivered on site
  • Assist in project startup and closeout
  • Maintain project record drawings
Qualifications
  • Construction Management or Engineering Degree
  • A desire to build and learn

Project Administrator

Responsibilities
  • Creation and maintenance of project files
  • Submit certified payroll
  • Input project related data for Accounts Payable and Payroll
  • Issue Commitments and Subcontracts
  • Process change orders and budget modifications
  • Approve or distribute project invoices
  • Maintain project records
Qualifications
  • 3 or more years experience in accounting or project support roles
