CH-8 RODI Project

 This $5.3 million, design-build project, consisted of the design, furnish, and installation of a high purity process water treatment system for a newly constructed semi-conductor plating facility. GSE was a major subcontractor on this project and provided a turnkey water filtration and storage system. The facility General Contractor (M & W), owner, and GSE all collaborated to come up with solutions to provide a cost effective project. The process technology included a 300gpm Culligan Reverse Osmosis and Deionization (RODI) system, included Mixed-Media Filters (MMF’s), Heat Exchanger, dual RO trains, Chemical Feed, CIP System, UV Disinfection, DI filters, FRP storage tanks, Polypropylene supply & return piping, and associated mechanical and electrical work. A water Reuse/ PO Recovery System was also included as part of the project to maximize the entire plants water conservation.
